GYMNASTICS
Recreational Gymnastics is for all girls and boys ages 6 years and up. We have Beginners - Advanced level classes to teach the foundation of gymnastics with proper techniques, progression and in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
Recreational Gymnastics at Champion consists of five pieces of apparatuses:
Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Trampoline
Competitive AAU Gymnastics Team is open to all girls ages 5yrs+. Email us for more details.
POWER TUMBLING
Recreational Power Tumbling is for all girls and boys ages 6 years and up. We have Beginners - Advanced level classes to teach the foundation of tumbling with proper techniques, progression and in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

Floor and Trampoline

CHEERLEADING
Cheerleading is for all girls ages 5 years and up. Students will learn the basics in Cheerleading in proper motions technique, jumps, kicks as well as tumbling skills focused for cheer. The class will learn cheers and basic stunting also.

NINJA WARRIOR
Ninja Warrior is for all boys and girls ages 3-6 in our Preschool Ninja Warrior and 7 years and up in our Ninja Warrior classes. Ninjas will learn flexibility, agility, strength and coordination as they vault, flip and climb in various obstacles and challenges in their separate gym... Ninja City!

PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Our Preschool Program is for girls and boys ages 3 years - 5 years. We offer preschool age classes in: Gymnastics, Tumbling, Cheer and Ninja Warrior. In Gymnastics they will learn basic skills on the bars, beam, trampoline and fun filled tumbling on obstacle courses. In Tumbling they will learn basic skills on floor and trampoline. In Cheer they will learn jumps, motions and tumbling skills. In Ninja Warrior they will learn strength and coordination as they participate in various obstacles and challenges throughout the gym. The students in all our preschool classes will also learn fine motor skills, discipline and make new friendships! Champion offers a colorful and fully equipped separate preschool gym just for this fun and fit program!!
PARENT & ME
If you child is a confident walker they are ready for our Parent & Me class!! Parent & Me is a basic gymnastics class where you the parent get to be involved!! You are there as they begin to learn to jump, roll and swing on the bars. Don't worry parents you wont have to turn a cartwheel...you are there to support your kiddo and encourage them as our wonderful coaching staff leads the class! Champion offers a colorful and fully equipped separate preschool gym just for this fun and fit program!!

OPEN GYM
Open Gym Nights are a FUN way to get some extra practice in!!
Every week on:
Monday at 4-4:45pm (Aug-May) for ages 1-5yrs
Thursday at 6:00-7:00pm (Year Round) for ages 6yrs and up

practice, play and workout at Champion!!
