Adam & Karrie Flanagan
Owners/Head Coaches
Karrie has over 28 years combined coaching experience in recreational and competitive gymnastics, recreational and competitive cheerleading and tumbling. Karrie was a competitive gymnast for 7 years - competed for Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy (Norman, OK) • 2 years Ada High School Cougann Dance/Drill Team • 3 years ECU Coed Cheerleader and was Captain of squad • Choreographer for numerous competitive gymnastics routines and performances as well as competitive all star and collegiate cheerleading routines and performances • United States Gymnastics Federation Safety Certified • USAG Professional Member • AAU Gymnastics Member • AACCA Cheerleading Safety Certified • CPR & First Aid Certified • Homeschool Teacher of our son Keaton for 13 years who just graduated in 2024 with his Associates Degree at Oklahoma Christian University with Summa Cum Laude Honors and Valedictorian at Epic Charter Schools with a GPA 4.31. He currently is attending ECU as a Business Major.
Adam and Karrie Flanagan have been married for 25 years. Together they have Owned and Operated gyms for over 23 years. In 2002 they opened their first gym, All Star Tumbling & Cheer in Atoka, OK and was there for 3 years before moving to Ada and opening up Champion Athletics in January 2007. Adam is the Pastor of Morris Memorial Baptist Church here in Ada and has served within the church and mission field for over 20 years and has 25 years of coaching experience in competitive and recreational gymnastics, power tumbling and our most popular private lesson instructor. He has also brought exciting new classes into the gym like parkour and ninja warrior!

Keaton Flanagan
AAU Team/Gymnastics/Private Lesson Coach
Hi my name is Keaton Flanagan. I am currently a Senior at ECU. I recently graduated Epic Charter School as the valedictorian in 2024. I also obtained my Associates Degree from Oklahoma Christian University with Summa Cum Laude honors.
I have been in the gym since I was born as my parents are the owners of Champion! I competed in gymnastics for 4 years with Champion Athletics and 1 year on the USAG Boys Team at Bart Conners Gymnastics Academy. While competing I won several State Champion titles. I enjoy working with children as I have served many years as a Small Group leader at my church, Jr Camp Counselor at Cornerstone Kids Ranch and teach Bible Studies in my neighborhood. My passion is the guitar and enjoy playing in the worship band at church and the BSU! As well as leading the youth as the Youth Pastor at Morris Memorial Baptist Church here in Ada.
Savannah Mott

Hi! I’m Savannah Mott, and I’m so excited to be part of the Champion family as a Team Coach!
I’ve been married to my husband Kyle for 18 years. He is the Discipleship Pastor at Crosspointe Church, and together we have four amazing girls—Lyric, Lailyn, Loxleigh, and Londyn.
Gymnastics has been a huge part of my life since I could walk! I started competing in Missouri and continued my competitive gymnastics journey here in Oklahoma. Vault was always my sweet spot, earning multiple 1st-place State Championship titles and qualifying for the All-State Team throughout those years and competed to Level 7 in USAG.
Now my older two girls, Lyric and Lailyn, have been competing for the past two years and are excited to continue their gymnastics journey!
I began coaching in my teen years and have loved helping Silver-level gymnasts grow, improve, and become the best they can be. I’m excited to continue that passion as a Coach at Champion!
Madison Wilson
AAU Team/Gymnastics Coach
My name is Madison. I am the mother of two amazing little ones. I am a former competitive gymnast and competed with Champion! I have coached for Champion 3 years and love teaching the gymnasts how to be a Champion on and off the mats!
Ava Handcock
Preschool/Gymnastics Coach
Hi I'm Ava! I am currently a Freshman at ECU. I have always loved working with children in my church as well as a Samaritan's Purse Ambassador with Operation Christmas Child where I go around schools and churches to speak with students on how to bless other children with the love of Christ by packing a shoe box to be gifted to children in third world countries that shares the Gospel. I love my job at Champion getting to work with little ones and experiencing the joy they have in class like I did when I took classes and private lessons at Champion for years.
Victoria Mardones
Office Staff
Hi! I’m Victoria Mardones , and I’m so excited to be part of the Champion Athletics family as a member of the office staff! You can usually find me in the office helping families, but you may also occasionally see me out on the mats helping our coaches whenever I’m needed. I love being one of the friendly faces families see when they walk through the doors, and I truly enjoy helping families feel welcomed, supported, and at home in our gym.
I’m a proud wife to my husband, Ray, and a mom to three wonderful children—my handsome boys, Corbin (13) and Westin (11), and our daughter, Presslyn. Presslyn started at Champion when she was just 4 years old and is now entering her 3rd year competing! After years of being part of this gym, Champion truly feels like home to our family.
Our faith is a huge part of who we are. We love Jesus and our sweet church at Morris Memorial Baptist Church, and I’m so thankful to be part of a gym that encourages our girls not only on the mat, but in every season of life, even beyond the mats . I love that Champion celebrates our athletes, supports them through challenges, and encourages them to pursue God and become the young women He created them to be.
I’m so thankful to be part of Champion and look forward to getting to know all of our wonderful families!

My name is Jocelyn. I am a wife and mother to three amazing children. My passion is working with children and helping them learn and grow. My daughter Rhema is on the Champion AAU Gymnastics team, we love being Champions!
Courtney Cross
Preschool/ Gymnastics Coach
Hi, my name is Courtney Cross. My husband and I have 5 children combined ranging from ages 2-11. I was a cheerleader from 4th-12th grade and was cheer captain my senior year at Evangel Christian Academy. I completed courses toward Early Childhood Education at Louisiana State University and worked in childcare from 2011-2019. Most of my days are spent homeschooling my two oldest girls. I also volunteer in the nursery at Crosspointe Church. My daughters all love attending classes at Champion and my daughter Carrie will be competing with the Champion team!
Destiny Crowell
AAU Team/Gymnastics/Private Coach
Hey Y’all! My name is Destiny Crowell and I am so excited to be back at Champions!
Gymnastics has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up as a competitive gymnast and was actually a gymnast at Champions when I was little, so getting the opportunity to come back as a coach really does feel like coming home!
I’ve coached gymnastics off and on throughout the years, from recreational and competitive gymnastics to one-on-one private lessons, and somehow I always seem to find my way back to the gym. Coaching has always been a passion of mine, and there’s something so rewarding about getting to be a small part of a gymnast’s journey and watching their confidence grow.
Being a former competitive gymnast myself, I understand both the exciting and challenging sides of the sport. I know how amazing it feels to finally get a skill you’ve worked so hard for, but I also understand the frustration and mental blocks that can come with learning something new. As a coach, I love figuring out how each gymnast learns best and helping them build strong fundamentals, improve their skills, and become more confident in themselves.
Most importantly, I want the kids I coach to feel encouraged and challenged while still having fun and loving the sport.
Outside of the gym, I’m currently in school pursuing my nursing degree, with the goal of becoming a Labor & Delivery nurse! While pursuing school I am also in the midst of planning my wedding for this coming December!
I’m so excited to be back at Champions and start this next chapter. I can’t wait to meet everyone, work with your kiddos, and hopefully help them develop the same love for gymnastics that has kept bringing me back all these years!

Hi my name is Zoe! I am currently an ECU student and on the Track & Field Team. I spent my childhood in the gym as a gymnast and later went on to compete for several years. I am now enjoying getting to teach the students at Champion all the fun they can have in gymnastics!
Shannon Martinez

Hi! My name is Shannon! With over 20 years of coaching gymnastics of all levels from preschool to competitive with a background of nutrition and preschool education as well as a former competitive gymnast I love all things gymnastics! I am a proud wife and mom and enjoy helping at Champion when I am able.
