Adam & Karrie Flanagan

Owners/Head Coaches

Karrie has over 24 years combined coaching experience in recreational and competitive gymnastics, recreational and competitive cheerleading and tumbling. Karrie was a competitive gymnast for 7 years - competed for Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy (Norman, OK) •  2 years Ada High School Cougann Dance/Drill Team • 3 years ECU Coed Cheerleader and was Captain of squad • Choreographer for numerous competitive gymnastics routines and performances as well as competitive all star and collegiate cheerleading routines and performances • United States Gymnastics Federation Safety Certified • USAG Professional Member • AACCA Cheerleading Safety Certified • CPR & First Aid Certified • Homeschool Teacher of our son Keaton for 12 years.

 

Adam and Karrie Flanagan have been married for 20 years. Together they have Owned and Operated gyms for over 20 years. In 2002 they opened their first gym, All Star Tumbling & Cheer in Atoka, OK and was there for 3 years before moving to Ada and opening up Champion Athletics in January 2007. Adam has served within the church and mission field for over 14 year and has 19 years of coaching experience in competitive and recreational gymnastics, power tumbling and our most popular private lesson instructor. He has also brought exciting new classes into the gym like parkour and ninja warrior!

Keaton Flanagan

Ninja Warrior/Recreational Coach

Hi my name is Keaton Flanagan. I am a Junior in High School and also attending Oklahoma Christian University to begin working on my degree. I have been in the gym since I was born as my parents are the owners of Champion! I competed in gymnastics for 4 years with Champion Athletics and 1 year on the USAG Boys Team at Bart Conners Gymnastics Academy. While competing I won several State Champion titles. I enjoy working with children as I have served many years as a Small Group leader at my church, Jr Camp Counselor at Cornerstone Kids Ranch and teach Bible Studies in my neighborhood. My passion is the guitar and enjoy playing in the worship band in my youth group!

Jacie Williams

Gymnastics/Preschool Gym/Private Lesson Coach 

Hello, my name is Jacie Williams! I have always loved the sport of gymnastics, not only have I competed the sport for many years, but I also have experience coaching children at Mega Gymnastics and now at Champion Athletics! I recently competed at Nationals in Illinois and took second place on Floor! I am a Senior with Epic Charter S, and attend Oral Roberts university!

Jalyn Williams

Gymnastics/Tumbling/Private Lesson Coach 

Hi ! My name is Jalyn Williams. I am 17 years old,  I am currently a Senior with Epic Charter Schools, and do concurrent classes at ORU (Oral Roberts University). I have been a competitive gymnast for many years. I most recently competed at Nationals in Springfield, Illinois where I placed fifth in my division over all.  I have also coached for a year at MEGA Gymnastics. I’m excited to be coaching gymnastics once again at Champion Athletics!

Nina Wilson

Gymnastics/Tumbling/Team/Private Lesson Coach 

Hi ! My name is Nina Wilson. I am currently attending ECU for my early childhood education degree. I have been involved in the sport of gymnastics for many years. I competed for Kippers Gymnastics in Ardmore. I coached at Kippers for 4 years and so glad to continue to train gymnasts here at Champion Athletics! I love kids and my students are the best....they call me the crazy cat lady!!

Madison Wilson

Gymnastics/Team/Preschool Gym/Private Lesson Coach 

My name is Madison Wilson. I am currently pursuing my accounting degree at East Central University. Growing up, gymnastics was a huge part of my life. I was a gymnast for 11 years and competed for 5 years... one of those years I competed for Champion Athletics! I believe that gymnastics created the foundation for my success in all other aspects of my life, due to the physical and mental toughness that the sport instilled in me. I feel incredibly blessed that I am able to coach this incredible sport, and I hope to create an environment that is comfortable and empowering for these young athletes.  

Allison Wilson

Tumbling/Private Lesson Coach

Hi, My name is Allison! I have been a tumbler at Champion Athletics for several years. I cheered for Vanoss High and currently I am an all star cheerleader with Oklahoma Legends! I love working with children and sharing my love for tumbling and cheer!! I am so happy to get to do that at Champion.

Mahli Rogers

Hi ! My name is Mahli Rogers! I am currently a Senior at Ada High School where I am an Ada Cheerleader! I absolutely adore children and it is one of my favorite things to do each week is getting to teach my little Champions!

Madyson Glover

Substitute Coach

Hello! My name is Madyson Glover, but you can call me Coach Mady! I’m currently attending ECU and I am on the ECU Cheer Squad! I have competed in many dance and cheer competitions and have gained great experience and knowledge in the sport. I have had experience in tumbling and cheer since I was 10 and had the honor of attending a practice with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and learned great skills from them in cheer. I also gained great knowledge as a Champions student and greatly improved my skills and form in tumbling and gymnastics and currently still enjoy doing both. I have always strive to grow in this great sport and now I get to help your kids do the same. I’ve been a coach at Champions Athletics for over 2 years and enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with tumbling, cheer, and gymnastics with your kids. I can’t wait to watch and help kids learn and grow both in skills and love for the sport just as I did. I’m honored to get this opportunity and can’t wait to begin coaching!!!

Jaylan Miller

Substitute Coach

Hi! My name is Jaylan Miller or better known as Jay. I’ve been at Champion Athletics since I could walk and now I have had the amazing opportunity to work for them the past few years! I cheered for five years with Byng schools and now for ECU university. I also did Champion Competitive Gymnastics for two years as well as competed with the Champion All Star Cheerleaders when I was little.  Teaching is a big part of my life because I love watching others grow and preform with confidence in their skills! I currently have taken on a dental internship with, Ada Family Dentistry. So, for now I will still be coaching, but as a substitute coach for now with my exciting new opportunity.

Alyssa McGilbray

Substitute Coach

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am a Freshmen at ECU. I have been going to ever cheer camp possible since I was a little girl. My mom was a cheerleader in highschool and college. I looked up to her and wanted to be just as good or even better as she was! I was taught at Champion Athletics and learned most of my tumbling here! I cheered for Ada Jr High, Ada High School and now at ECU! I recently was awarded "All State Cheer" this summer. I am so excited to have been coaching at Champion Athletics for over a year and a half and looking forward to continue helping my students grow in their skills!!

Addi Mcintosh

Substitute Coach

Hi, My name is Addi! I am an Ada High Cheerleader! I love tumbling and cheerleading... I have been tumbling with Champion Athletics for many years. I am very active in church and enjoy working with children. It's exciting to get to work with them at Champion teaching them how much fun tumbling and cheer can be!!
