Adam & Karrie Flanagan
Owners/Head Coaches
Karrie has over 26 years combined coaching experience in recreational and competitive gymnastics, recreational and competitive cheerleading and tumbling. Karrie was a competitive gymnast for 7 years - competed for Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy (Norman, OK) • 2 years Ada High School Cougann Dance/Drill Team • 3 years ECU Coed Cheerleader and was Captain of squad • Choreographer for numerous competitive gymnastics routines and performances as well as competitive all star and collegiate cheerleading routines and performances • United States Gymnastics Federation Safety Certified • USAG Professional Member • AAU Gymnastics Member • AACCA Cheerleading Safety Certified • CPR & First Aid Certified • Homeschool Teacher of our son Keaton for 13 years who just graduated in 2024 with his Associates Degree at Oklahoma Christian University with Summa Cum Laude Honors and Valedictorian at Epic Charter Schools with a GPA 4.31. He currently is attending ECU as a Business Major.
Adam and Karrie Flanagan have been married for 23 years. Together they have Owned and Operated gyms for over 22 years. In 2002 they opened their first gym, All Star Tumbling & Cheer in Atoka, OK and was there for 3 years before moving to Ada and opening up Champion Athletics in January 2007. Adam has served within the church and mission field for over 14 year and has 22 years of coaching experience in competitive and recreational gymnastics, power tumbling and our most popular private lesson instructor. He has also brought exciting new classes into the gym like parkour and ninja warrior!

Hi my name is Keaton Flanagan. I am currently attending ECU. I recently graduated Epic Charter School as the valedictorian in May. I also obtained my Associates Degree from Oklahoma Christian University with Summa Cum Laude honors.
I have been in the gym since I was born as my parents are the owners of Champion! I competed in gymnastics for 4 years with Champion Athletics and 1 year on the USAG Boys Team at Bart Conners Gymnastics Academy. While competing I won several State Champion titles. I enjoy working with children as I have served many years as a Small Group leader at my church, Jr Camp Counselor at Cornerstone Kids Ranch and teach Bible Studies in my neighborhood. My passion is the guitar and enjoy playing in the worship band at church and the BSU!

Hi my name is Zoe! I am currently an ECU student and on the Track & Field Team. I spent my childhood in the gym as a gymnast and later went on to compete for several years. I am now enjoying getting to teach the students at Champion all the fun they can have in gymnastics!

Hi I'm Ava! I am currently a Junior in High School. I have always loved working with children in my church as well as a Samaritan's Purse Ambassador with Operation Christmas Child where I go around schools and churches to speak with students on how to bless other children with the love of Christ by packing a shoe box to be gifted to children in third world countries that shares the Gospel. I love my job at Champion getting to work with little ones and experiencing the joy they have in class like I did when I took classes and private lessons at Champion for years.

Hi! My name is Kailee Aguilar. I am a wife and mother to three beautiful kids. I began tumbling and cheer at a young age and cheered for 4 years at Latta High School. I attended East Central University and obtained my degree in Counseling. I worked in Child Welfare for 7+ years in Oklahoma and Colorado. I am currently a Children’s Care Coordinator at Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness. My passion is serving others! Watching kids overcome challenges, barriers and their own fear to achieve a goal they set is such a rewarding experience. My oldest daughter is on the AAU Team at Champion Athletics and also participates in as many extra classes as she can so we are always at the gym! I am very excited and thankful for this opportunity.

Hi! My name is Destiny Crowell!
I was a competitive gymnast for 10+ years where I competed for Champion Athletics for 2yrs. I have found a new love and passion, for coaching young gymnast and helping my competitive girls achieve their dreams! I attend ECU university where I am currently studying nursing, I hope to one day be able to work in OB. Some fun facts about me is I love going to the gym, I have two dogs, and two pigs named Pumbaa and Timon! I wouldn’t be where I am at today without the love of Jesus in my heart!
Jaylan Miller

Hi! My name is Jaylan Miller or better known as Jay. I’ve been at Champion Athletics since I could walk and now I have had the amazing opportunity to work for them the past few years! I cheered for five years with Byng schools and now for cheers at ECU university. I also did Champion Competitive Gymnastics for two years as well as competed with the Champion All Star Cheerleaders when I was little. Teaching is a big part of my life because I love watching others grow and preform with confidence in their skills!
